How to measure
Bust
With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the bustline and across the shoulder blades. Add any content here.
Waist
Find the natural crease of your waist by bending to one side. Run tape measure around your natural waistline, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.
Hips
With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.
Inseam
For full-length pants, run tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just below the crotch to about 1 inch below the ankle.

It combines the unique properties of ramie, a natural fibre known for its strength and lustre, with the softness and versatility of cotton.

What size should you buy? The Model is wearing a size XL, and is 185cm tall.
Custom Fit: Your fit, your way
Selected Urban Ocean pieces can be individually adjusted to your requirements, including waist and garment length.
Length Adjustments are complimentary.
For more extensive alterations or personalised measurements, a R150 Custom Fit Fee applies. Please email us before ordering with your requirements and we will confirm what is possible and expected production time. Custom pieces require additional time to create and are made specifically for you.

Delivery:
We keep delivery simple. All Urban Ocean orders are delivered for a flat delivery fee of R69, and any orders over R1500 are free, so there are no surprises at checkout. Once your order has been placed, we’ll carefully prepare your garments for their journey to you. Orders are delivered within 3 – 7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to feel completely comfortable with your Urban Ocean purchase. If your garment isn’t quite right and you need to return or exchange it, we’ll cover the cost of the return delivery. Once your garment arrives back with us, we’ll carefully inspect it as part of our quality check. Where a refund is due, we’ll process it within 7 business days of receiving the returned garment and completing the quality check. We’ll let you know as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds in your account.
