Selected Urban Ocean pieces can be individually adjusted to your requirements, including waist and garment length.

For more extensive alterations or personalised measurements, a R150 Custom Fit Fee applies. Please email us before ordering with your requirements and we will confirm what is possible and expected production time. Custom pieces require additional time to create and are made specifically for you.

Shipping, returns and refunds:

Delivery:

We keep delivery simple. All Urban Ocean orders are delivered for a flat delivery fee so there are no surprises at checkout. Once your order has been placed, we’ll carefully prepare your garments for their journey to you. Orders are delivered within 3 – 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your Urban Ocean purchase. If your garment isn’t quite right and you need to return or exchange it, we’ll cover the cost of the return delivery. Once your garment arrives back with us, we’ll carefully inspect it as part of our quality check. Where a refund is due, we’ll process it within 7 business days of receiving the returned garment and completing the quality check. We’ll let you know as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds in your account.
